How long will it take to get my order? As a small-batch apothecary, we hand-pour our products to ensure quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your staples are on the way.
Do you ship outside of Connecticut? Yes! We ship nationwide.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our body care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please email us at FOREVERMATTISONLLC@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and product. We will make it right.
