Processing Times All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification via email when your order has shipped.
Note: As each of our signature oils and butters is hand-poured and inspected for quality, processing may take up to 7 business days during high-volume periods or sales. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure the most reliable delivery.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at forevermattisonllc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Forever Mattison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
