All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at forevermattisonllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.

We must be notified of any damages within 48 hours of delivery to evaluate the issue and make it right. If a replacement is approved, we will ship it out to you at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages Forever Mattison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
